Welcome to Varadov
We are the Czech side of the Rooks family that owns the property colloquially known as Varadov, which has given its name to the whole settlement around it. Historically, the house served as a roadside hotel and restaurant, and the land adjacent to it was used for hut accommodation. Currently, the premises are used for private housing, long-term group accommodation and a hair salon / barber shop.
The settlement of Varadov, part of the village of Líšnice, conveniently located close to the Líšnice hlavní silnice bus stop on the D4 motorway near the southwest fringe of Prague, has already undergone substantial development. In the near and mid-term future, however, much more rapid and extensive changes (see the village's zoning plan) are expected to come to the immediate and wider area, to which we are looking forward with composure and open minds.
